Weliswaar een tijdelijke oplossing, het kamp zal binnen afzienbare tijd worden afgebroken. Dit is echter geen bezwaar en een enthousiaste groep leden gaat aan de slag om het gebouw op te knappen.<br /> <br /> Begin 1965 komt vrij onverwachts het bericht, dat het clubhuis vóór 1 juni van dat jaar moet worden afgebroken. Een plan om het gebouw over te plaatsen naar het sportveld blijkt helaas niet uitvoerbaar en bovendien een zeer kostbare onderneming, zodat daarvan werd afgezien. Het enige alternatief is een nieuw clubhuis te bouwen. Voor de financiering wordt een lening aangegaan, de bouw wordt door eigen leden uitgevoerd. Op 17 december opent burgemeester Kolff het nieuwe clubgebouw, een hoogtepunt in de historie van R.C.S.<br /> Door de groei van de vereniging en hogere eisen van de overheid is het clubhuis in de volgende jaren verbouwd en uitgebreid. De bar is verplaatst waardoor er meer ruimte is gecreëerd. In de weekenden wordt het clubhuis druk bezocht.
